What does the study entail?

Puppy receives first Lyme vaccine at age 8 - 12 weeks.

Puppy receives second Lyme vaccine 2 - 4 weeks after first dose.

Puppy returns for ONE FREE Lyme/Tick Disease test 4-6 weeks after the second Lyme vaccine.

At approximately 15 months of age, bring your puppy in for its annual rabies booster

and routine annual heartworm test (which will include a Lyme disease test).

At the time of the 15 month visit for routine annual heartworm test

a $75.00 hospital credit will be applied to your account.

In order for the study to be accurate, time lines must be met.

Qualification for the $75.00 hospital credit are dependent on meeting all time line criteria.
